Hi, I'm Alice 👋
I'm a certified yoga, fitness and mindfulness coach. I have more than 5 years of teaching experience and I know what my students struggle with, how to make effective and entertaining classes and how to help support your health & wellness journey.
Fun facts: I'm a part time digital nomad and am currently in Hong Kong, and will be in Vietnam and Indonesia next! I co-parent a dog with my dad (Obi!) 🐕🦺, I have 3 sisters and I love bad holiday movies! 🎄
Whether it is to break a sweat with a workout, to find joy in a yoga session or to relax before going to bed with a meditation or yin yoga, Alice is there to guide me. She really inspires me through her kindness and enthusiasm that comes from her voice.
