Hi, I'm Alice 👋
I'm a certified yoga, pilates, fitness and mindfulness coach. I have more than 7 years of teaching experience and I know what my students struggle with, how to make effective and entertaining classes and how to help support your health & wellness journey.
Fun facts: I'm left-handed, live in Indonesia and have 3 sisters!
I created this challenge to help you start the year with less pressure, more energy, and a rhythm that feels good.
Whether it is to break a sweat with a workout, to find joy in a yoga session or to relax before going to bed with a meditation or yin yoga, Alice is there to guide me. She really inspires me through her kindness and enthusiasm that comes from her voice. I often recommend Bodhiac to friends and family because it's way easier to just practice your favourite classes from home. I'm hooked!
