What's included?
Accommodation (shared or private)
2 nights in an exclusive lakeside cabin at Terhills Resort (Maasmechelen). Arrival Friday at 5.30pm, closing Sunday at 6.30pm.
Plantbased food
Dinner on Friday evening, all meals on Saturday, breakfast & lunch on Sunday.
Classes & ceremonies
Meditations, a yoga class on Saturday, a morning workout on Sunday, a Temazcal ceremony (by Elaisa facilitators) and welcome + closing ceremony with intention setting & journaling moments.
Spa access
A full day at Elaisa wellness.
You'll be staying in an exclusive lakeside cottage
Wake up where the forest, hills and water meet … Enjoy your morning coffee on the patio, with a magnificent view & let your body recover in the private infra-red sauna. Some pictures below.

The spa we are visiting on Saturday is by the same lake as our cottage. Elaisa Energetic Wellness offers:

Ps, Elaisa Energetic Wellness offers a wide range of wonderful massages, facials, body treatments, manicure and pedicure. If you'd like to book one in advance, we can organise this for you (not included).
What is a Temazcal Ceremony:
The Temazcal Ceremony we will do is an unforgettable experience which brings you in deeper connection with your inner self and helps you let go of what no longer serves you. The ceremony will be guided by professional Elaisa facilitators and starts around a fire with the group before we enter the sweat lodge which will be in complete darkness. After the ceremony you will go into the lake to complete this extraordinary experience.
This Mexican ceremony is guided instrumentally with various ancient instruments. I don't want to tell you too much about it yet, but it's an amazing ceremony and I'm so excited to experience it with you.
