Meet Your Coach

Hi, I'm Alice...

and I work out in the same messy bun I slept in, sweat through my own workouts, and definitely talk too much while I exercise.


I've been teaching yoga, pilates, and fitness for 7 years because I genuinely believe movement should feel good, not like punishment. You won't find me counting macros or wearing a full face of makeup mid-burpee. You will find me out of breath, laughing, and reminding you that 10 minutes actually counts.

Move with Alice is for women who want to feel strong and clear-headed, not women who want to look like they live at the gym.


My passion for movement started at a very young age, and only grew when I lived in New York for 6 years. That's where I got certified as a coach but also did my Bachelors Degree in music & theater. Your body is your instrument and in order for it to work well, you have to treat it well. I'm not only a certified fitness coach, but also a certified yoga and pilates instructor.


I am so passionate about helping people find joy in movement and that's my mission with this online platform.
